2.3 Hall Coverage Recording Systems with Secretary’s Work Station
The systems are intended to cover court assembly halls, meeting rooms in various institutions to support meetings, workshops, symposiums, etc.
The system includes:
The hardware is selected (including during design stage) according to room space, quality required, tasks.
The system implies connection of a chairman’s console and certain number of delegate’s units featuring microphones with enabling switches, as well as additional microphones, to the main amplifier. Wireless (radio) microphones are acceptable. There is a priority button at the chairman’s console to stop transmission from any delegate’s unit.
All records are listed that ensures:
- Displaying all available records
- Quick scrolling over record list
- Sorting by any attribute
- Filtration by a set of attributes that may be combined: record date and time, channel name (monitored site), text remark
Short handing may apply:
Certain number of shorthand records may be made simultaneously with quick switching between text windows. A secretary may create convenient shorthand record forms.
