2.6 Implementation of Automatic Customer-To-Employee Communication Control and Recording Systems
Communication control and recording system based on Omega SB-1 multichannel computer recording systems made in Belarus are widely used in emergency and rescue services, Police, military and special forces, medical and other agencies. Real experience has proven reasonability of system implementation in all cases.
The system ensures:
Employee-to-customer communication is recorded through microphones and, if required, office telephones and saved on a PC. Records may be played back on manager’s PC by LAN. Records are made with special bidirectional microphones (directed at the employee and a customer) to avoid unwanted noise and ensure required record legibility. Software interface divides record databases by work station and store them in time order stating date, time, duration, caller’s phone number (when recorded from the phone) and a field for manual remark to the record.
