Local Alert System (LAS) was designed with advanced technologies and is based on serial hardware adopted for use. The system was intended to arrange public notification at regional, local and site levels of administration. Moreover, the system was designed under general system concepts of Automated Information and Management System (AIMS), in compliance with EMERCOM regulations.

  • Circular notification to officials by telephone and cellular communication of any kind (general or selective)
  • Triggering electric alarm horns in hazardous area (general or selective)
  • Triggering outdoor public address system on company’s site and in hazardous area (general or selective) in alarm and/or loud speaking mode
  • Interception of corporate radio broadcast and municipal (regional) radio broadcast in order to notify company’s staff and public residents of the hazardous area (general or selective)
  • Recording talks from corporate dispatcher’s communication channels
  • Automatic operability control over hardware, horns, communication channels and control systems (general or selective)
